Hi {{first_name}},

Happy New Year! I hope this year brings you success in everything you do.

Before we jump into new year goals, I wanted to look back at 2025 and what it actually taught me.

Here’s what I learnt:

  1. Discipline beats motivation Motivation is like a spark it shows up for a second and then disappears. Discipline is like keeping a campfire burning even when it’s raining. Some days you won’t feel like doing anything, but just showing up keeps the fire alive.

  2. Celebrate small wins Every little step counts. Finishing a small task or improving something a little is like stacking Lego bricks ignore the bricks and you’ll never build the castle.

  3. Invest in yourself Learning, reading, practicing, or taking care of your body is like planting seeds. The more seeds you plant, the bigger your tree grows. You won’t see it grow overnight, but eventually you’ll have something strong and useful.

  4. Be patient Nothing good happens instantly. Growth is like baking bread you can’t rush it, or it ends up raw. Show up, do the work, and let it rise.

If you take even one of these into 2026, it will make a difference. Small steps, consistent effort, and patience build results over time.

Talk soon,

Yousaf
