How I’m using Ai in my design business

Recently, I’ve been diving deep into AI automation and workflow tools, and honestly, it’s been a game-changer.

I’ve been testing out systems to schedule content in advance so I can stay focused on what I love most: designing. Right now, I’m running an experiment where I batch content — Instagram posts, videos, and behind-the-scenes clips — and schedule them to go live throughout the month. So if you’re seeing content from me in July, chances are it was pre-recorded. Not all of it, but a good chunk.

I’m also starting to explore long-form content like project breakdowns, design process walkthroughs, and lessons I’ve picked up from running my agency. If you’re into that kind of thing, keep an eye out.

One of the automations I’ve set up is for my newsletter. Every time I publish a new issue, it’s automatically shared on X (formerly Twitter). I’m not super active there, but I still want to keep a presence and reach a different crowd. Same goes for Facebook — posts go out on autopilot, with the occasional check-in from me to reply to comments and engage directly.

I’ve also put together a post that breaks down all the tools I use to run my design business, from getting clients to delivering final files. That’s dropping soon. If you’re a designer looking to tighten up your systems, definitely follow me on Instagram and TikTok.

Talk Soon.
