Hey ,
Ever wonder how a 15-year-old manages school, gym, and running a business all in the same day? Here’s a peek into how I make it work and why it’s more about mindset than magic.
On a typical school day, my morning starts at 6:50 AM. I get ready and fit in a bit of meditation or deep breathing to set the tone for the day. By 7:30 AM, I’ll tackle a small task usually planning my after-school business tasks or prepping my to-do list.
After school, the transition is smooth because I prepare the night before: clothes laid out, bag packed. I change into gym clothes, grab some food, and squeeze in a bit of business work before heading out. Gym time starts at 4:30 PM, after a 25-minute walk, and finishes around 5:25 PM. Once I get back, it’s cleanup, shower, then more focused business time, before finishing the day with family time.
Weekends are a bit different: I wake at 7:30 AM and aim for the gym at 10 AM, keeping the early wake-up habit I started over summer. It keeps my rhythm consistent and my energy high.
The hardest part? Homework and the nagging feeling of wasted time especially during lessons that don’t feel productive. But I’ve built a system in Notion to track my “Daily Wins”: Productivity, Physical, and Personal. Knowing I tick those off every day keeps me moving forward, no matter what the day throws at me.
A recent win? Staying on top of homework while creating content for my business it felt like juggling fire, but I managed it. Doing all this has definitely changed how I see time. I value it differently now, which explains the frustration in some lessons. And while I respect my teachers, I’ve learned it’s okay not to agree with all their methods it’s about learning to extract value where I can.
Balancing school and business isn’t about perfection. It’s about building routines, respecting your own time, and consistently moving toward your goals even if it feels like chaos sometimes.
