Morning {{first_name}},

Most people wait until everything feels perfect

enough money, enough confidence, enough certainty.

But if you wait until you’re “ready,” you’ll be waiting forever.

Richard Branson didn’t wait.

When he was in his twenties, he got stuck on a flight cancellation.

Instead of complaining, he grabbed a chalkboard, wrote “$39 one-way to the Virgin Islands,” and started selling tickets to other stranded passengers.

He didn’t even have a plane.

He just rented one and that’s how Virgin Airlines started.

It sounds wild, but that’s the point.

He didn’t overthink it.

He launched first, figured it out later.

It’s like jumping into a cold pool.

You can stand there overanalyzing the temperature

or you can just jump in and adjust once you’re in.

Entrepreneurship works the same way.

You don’t need a 10-step plan before you start.

You just need enough courage to move while others hesitate.

The people who get ahead aren’t the ones with the perfect plan.

They’re the ones who take the first messy step and build the plan while walking.

Branson didn’t wait for permission he gave himself a green light.

Lessons Learned

  • Waiting for “ready” is a trap you’ll never feel it.

  • The faster you act, the faster you learn what actually works.

  • You don’t need certainty you need movement.

The truth is: every leap feels too early.

But that’s how you know it’s worth it.

See you next Sunday,

– Yousaf
