I’ve recently rebranded my newsletter moving from The Young Hustler’s Blueprint to The Sunday Blueprint. Here’s exactly why I made the change.
My old name had plenty of energy and momentum, but over time, it started to feel too narrow. I wanted something that could grow with me and with my audience.
The old identity felt fast and loud. What I wanted was something calmer, more considered, and designed for clarity the kind of brand you’d actually want to spend time with.
One evening, I sat down and brainstormed names and ideas until I came across The Sunday Blueprint.
Why Sunday? Because it’s the day before a new week begins when most people are preparing, reflecting, and relaxing before the days ahead. It’s a natural moment to pause, reset, and plan for what’s next.
For the logo, I wanted something simple. The hourglass was perfect a reminder that each Sunday marks the start of a new week, and the time we have is already running.
The word Blueprint ties it all together. It’s about stopping, pausing, and creating a plan for the week ahead.
For the typography, I wanted something timeless and classic. I took inspiration from The New York Times that serif style with an old-newspaper feel, like opening a Sunday edition filled with stories worth sitting down for.
The result is a cleaner, calmer, and more focused newsletter one that reflects exactly how I want my readers to feel when they open it.
